More Smiles WI is a hybrid non-profit utilizing both volunteers and paid providers to provide services. We could not do the work that we do without our volunteers and consider ourselves very fortunate to have the tremendous support of so many providers who generously give their time and talents to serve. We are also grateful for our student volunteers who help with everything from chair-side assisting and x-ray taking to answering phones and ensuring a positive patient experience. FOR DENTISTS
Volunteering as a dentist offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a local level. By making the process easy and accessible, we empower dental professionals to share their expertise and compassion with those who need it most. Together, we can create More Smiles!

We make it easy for dentists to volunteer, ensuring their valuable expertise reaches those who need it most. Simply fill out our volunteer registration form to get started. MSW will reach out to you to learn more about your preferences including day/time/length of volunteer shift you are seeking, procedure types, and patient age preferences.
MSW takes care of registering you with the Volunteer Health Care Provider program (malpractice coverage for volunteers) and provides you with the support staff you need when you are in the clinic.

FOR HYGIENISTS AND DENTAL ASSISTANTS
We have opportunities for both volunteer hygienists and trained dental assistants. Please sign up using our registration form to let us know your interests and availability.

FOR STUDENTS
More Smiles WI accepts student interns on a per semester basis. Our students commit to a recurring weekly shift for an entire semester, starting in administrative work. If a student chooses to return for another semester, they will move on to working in the clinic. Over the course of a semester, students have opportunities to learn our EHR, how to schedule patients, sterilization, how to take X-rays, and assisting the dentist chair-side.
