More Smiles has emergency clinics most Thursday nights based on provider availability. This is an appointment only emergency clinic. Check-in begins promptly at 5:30 pm. Patients who arrive late may be unable to be seen.
OUT OF POCKET COSTS ARE DUE at time of appointment. This includes co-pays associated with certain Medicaid plans. We accept cash and debit/credit card payments.
In conjunction with Public Health of Madison and Dane County, More Smiles administers an Emergency Room (ER) Diversion Program for dental care. This program is intended to reduce unnecessary ER and Urgent Care visits for dental problems. Most ERs and urgent care centers are NOT able to fix dental problems and patients will end up back in pain.
If you have pain, swelling, difficulty eating, or other urgent dental needs, you can schedule an emergency appointment at More Smiles throughout the week or at our Thursday night emergency clinic by calling 608-665-2752.
